Spent the occasion at my mom's, along with LittleSis and Partner-o-mine (POM). Ate chili and watched Ratatouille. Also watched Away from Her -- wow. Julie Christie is a minor deity, and the film is beautiful in so many ways; wrenching, but beautiful.
Earlier in the day, I was captivated by POM's creative hands -- she cross-stitches and makes pottery, among other things.
